Alan Horsnell and Laura Wilson

Laura is from Chattanooga, TN and worked as a chef there, in New Orleans, and Nashville, working with local farmers in each place. She founded Citizen Incubator Kitchens after seeing the need within the Nashville culinary and farming communities. 


Alan is a native Nashvillian and long-time chef. He is passionate about food, family, and building community and our resident master of regulatory wrangling.
